Category & Size
Choose from Rectangle, Round, or Custom Shape to match your product design and branding requirements precisely. Sticker dimensions are fully customizable. For rectangular or custom shapes, the height ranges from 20mm to 300mm and the width ranges from 20mm to 330mm. For round stickers, the diameter ranges from a minimum of 20mm to a maximum of 300mm, allowing flexibility for various packaging sizes and label designs.

Paper Type & Print Colour
A wide selection of materials is available to suit different applications. Mirror Kote provides a smooth surface with excellent print clarity. Transparent OPP creates a clean, modern look with see-through effects. White PP offers durability and water resistance. Printing Paper is suitable for standard indoor labeling. Synthetic Paper provides tear resistance and durability, while Hologram adds a premium, eye-catching finish with security appeal. Choose 4 Colour (CMYK) for full-color designs, 4C + White to enhance opacity on transparent or dark materials, 1 Colour (1C) for simple designs, or 1C + White for clean, high-contrast printing.

Lamination & Paper Core
Enhance protection and appearance with finishing options such as Matte Lamination for a smooth, non-reflective finish, Gloss Lamination for vibrant and shiny visuals, or UV Varnish to add surface protection and highlight printed areas. Available in 25mm, 40mm, or 76mm paper core sizes to ensure compatibility with different labeling machines and manual dispensers.

Roll Type & Roll Direction
Choose between Roll In or Roll Out depending on your application process or machine feeding requirements. Select the appropriate orientation for smooth and accurate application, including 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, 9 o’clock, or 12 o’clock, based on how the label artwork is positioned on the roll.

Gap & Slitting Gap
A fixed 3mm gap between each sticker ensures consistent spacing and smooth operation during manual or machine application. The 3mm slitting gap (1.5mm + 1.5mm) provides clean separation between rolls, improving handling efficiency and accuracy.

Compulsory Process
Includes Die-Cutting and Waste Removal, ensuring each sticker is precisely cut to shape and delivered clean, neat, and ready for immediate use.
