Our Return Policy

If you are unhappy with the quality of your merchandise, please contact us within 10 days to discuss your concern with one of our friendly customer service representatives. we will only provide a refund or a replacement of merchandise, due to a manufacturing defect that was caused by  us. Because these are customized products created by you,  We are not able to provide refunds or replacements of merchandise with user generated defects such as typo errors, spelling errors, design or layout errors, poor image quality, low image resolution, mistake in selecting product size, product type, paper selection, printing options, failure to remember or use promotion offers. We do not provide reprint/replacement due to mishandling. Once printing or production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

1. Non-Refundable Items
  • All personalized and custom-printed products are non-refundable unless they are defective, damaged, or do not match your approved design.
  • Refunds will not be provided for errors caused by customer-supplied content, such as:
    • Low-resolution images or incorrect file formats.
    • Typos, spelling mistakes, or incorrect details in the submitted artwork.
    • Design issues approved by the customer during the proofing process.
2. Reporting an Issue
  • You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • To process a claim, please provide:
    • Order number.
    • Photos of the defective or damaged product.
    • A description of the issue.

3. Shipping & Delivery Issues
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or factors outside our control.
  • If a package is lost or severely damaged during shipping, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier and, if necessary, provide a reprint.
