Welcome to our Percetakan ASI website. By accessing or using our website and digital printing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. 


1.  USE OF WEBSITE & SERVICES

  • You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not misuse the website by introducing malicious software, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Orders are only accepted when full or partial payment is made through the payment methods provided.
  • Prices listed on our website are in [Currency] and may change without prior notice.
  • Once an order is placed, you are responsible for providing accurate files, images, and information. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect details provided by you.
  • Full payment shall be made upon order. (Company will not accept the promissory note)

  • Our company need two to three working days to confirm the payment on online interbank fund transfer.
    (Example: CIMB bank account transfer to our Maybank Islamic Berhad account)
  • For customers who use ATM cash deposit, transfer, or cheque deposit after bank operation hours, our company will need 1 day to confirm the payment such as the time of payment after 5p.m on the same day, guests have one more working days funds can be confirmed.
  • Customer who made the payment, please email (info.asibiz@gmail.com) the payment slip to our account department within the office hours, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm, at +(6)03-892 00579. Please write down the job order number and contact number, so that our company can process your order as soon as possible. If email to account department after the office hour, our company will confirm your payment and process your order on the next working day.
  • Once an order is placed, you are responsible for providing accurate files, images, and information. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect details provided by you.

3. DESIGN & CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • You retain ownership of all files, images, and content you provide to us.
  • By submitting files for printing, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use the materials.
  • We are not responsible for copyright or intellectual property infringements arising from customer-submitted content.
  • We reserve the right to reject any order containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Printing files must save in CMYK four-color format, if customer's file is RGB, Pantone color or other color format; our company will convert it to CMYK four-color format. If the color variance caused by the color conversion, our company will not be responsible. But color mode conversion occurs resulting color differences, our company will not be responsible.
  • CMYK color shouldn't less than 8%, otherwise the color reproduction will not obvious when printing.
  • Acceptable image formats: *. psd, *. tif (compression optional LZW), *. jpg.
  • Guests to file the company only keep for 25 days.

4. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

  • Production times vary depending on the type of order and workload. Estimated completion times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is shipped.
  • Customers who made order and didn't collect the goods within 30 days, our company will not keep the goods, while the deposit and payment will not be refund and will dispose the related goods.
  • Customer are advised to check the goods quality and quantity immediately after collect the goods, if there is an error, please visit our company within seven days or call +(6)03-892 00579 to contact our customer service, after the within period our company will not be accepted.

5. CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • The Cancellation, Returns & Refunds provisions within the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and must be read in conjunction with, the terms set forth in the Our Return Policy section.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Percetakan ASI unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our website without prior written consent.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
